April Students of the Month

First, congratulations to Charys Hong! Not only is Charys a talented volleyball athlete and a trusted leader on campus (serving in ASB, athletic leadership, and NEHS), she is an exceptional and hardworking student who pursues excellence in everything she does. She is brilliant, talented, and driven, and she has challenged herself with a rigorous course load of advanced classes, excelling in every single one. Yet even with all of her tremendous accomplishments, Charys is perhaps best known for her generosity, for her kind, gentle spirit, and for the way she walks in both strength and humility. She is always quick to offer encouragement and a smile, and she serves the Lord and others selflessly. She radiates with joy and hope, and she is a true blessing to our community.

Second, congratulations to Anna Roth! Anna is an extraordinary young woman who shines the light of Christ on this campus and who has a positive impact on every person she encounters. She is a remarkable volleyball athlete, and in addition to her excellent grades and participation in multiple clubs and honor societies, she represents Linfield faithfully as a student ambassador, ASB member, and LINK leader. Anna is someone who puts her heart and soul into everything she does, and in addition to her many accomplishments, she is known for the integrity of her character and the beauty of her spirit. She is passionate about knowing Christ and serving others, and she brings light and joy into every room she enters. Anna is sunshine in human form, and Linfield is a better place because of her.

We are excited to celebrate Charys and Anna on campus this month, and they will also be honored by the Temecula Chamber of Commerce, city officials, and local sponsors at a special community breakfast.
